Public Transit
From Cicero, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take the CTA Bus #54A or #54B heading towards the 'Pulaski' station. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the 'Pulaski & 18th' stop. Once there, transfer to the Pink Line train at the 18th station. Board the train towards 'California'. Stay on the train for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Pulaski' station. Here, change to the Blue Line train towards 'O'Hare'. Ride for another 15 minutes until you reach the 'Washington' stop. Finally, walk east for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Monadnock Building located at 53 W Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60604.
Walking
If you are near Cicero's central area, you can take a scenic walk to the Monadnock Building. Start at the Cicero Park District and head south on Cicero Ave. Walk for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with 18th St. From there, turn east onto 18th St and continue until you reach Pulaski Rd. At Pulaski Rd, head towards the Chicago Avenue. Once you reach Chicago Ave, turn left and walk until you reach the Pink Line station. Follow the previous instructions for taking the Pink Line to Washington station, and then walk to the Monadnock Building.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service. Start from Cicero and cycle towards the north on Cicero Ave. After covering about 1.5 miles, turn left onto 18th St. Continue cycling until you reach Pulaski Rd. Turn right on Pulaski and head north. After a short distance, you will find the Pink Line station. Park your bike at the nearest designated area and take the Pink Line to the Washington station. From there, walk east for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Monadnock Building.
