First, take a taxi or rideshare service from Illinois Beach State Park to the Zion Metra Station (approximately a 10-minute ride). From the Zion station, board the Metra train on the North Central Service line heading toward Chicago Union Station. After a 30-minute ride, get off at the Waukegan station.
