Continue on I-39 North and take exit 54 for IL-251 towards Oglesby. Follow IL-251 South until you reach the intersection with IL-178. Turn left onto IL-178 and continue for about 5 miles until you arrive at Matthiessen State Park, located at 2500 IL-178, Oglesby, IL 61348. There is no entrance fee for the park.
