For example, if you are in Carbondale, take IL-13 E towards Goreville. Continue on IL-13 E for about 17 miles, then turn left onto Goreville Rd. Follow Goreville Rd for approximately 3 miles, and you will arrive at the park entrance. Parking is available on site, and there is no entrance fee for the park.
