If you are starting from the Joliet Public Library, head north on Ottawa Street. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N Jefferson Street. Continue walking until you reach the Visitors Center at 204 N Ottawa St, which will be on your left.

From the Joliet City Center, walk east on Jefferson Street towards N Chicago Street. Turn left onto N Chicago Street, then take another left onto N Ottawa Street. Walk straight for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the Visitors Center at 204 N Ottawa St, located on your right.
Public Transit

If you are near the Joliet Transit Center, take Bus Route 501 towards the Joliet Mall. Get off at the stop for Ottawa Street & Jefferson Street. From there, walk north on Ottawa Street for about 5 minutes, and the Visitors Center will be on your left at 204 N Ottawa St.

Starting from the Rialto Square Theatre, exit and turn left onto N Chicago Street. Head north until you reach the intersection with Jefferson Street. Turn right onto Jefferson Street and then left onto N Ottawa Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.4 miles, and you will find the Visitors Center at 204 N Ottawa St on your right.
