Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Joliet Public Library, head north on Ottawa Street. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N Jefferson Street. Continue walking until you reach the Visitors Center at 204 N Ottawa St, which will be on your left.

    From the Joliet City Center, walk east on Jefferson Street towards N Chicago Street. Turn left onto N Chicago Street, then take another left onto N Ottawa Street. Walk straight for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the Visitors Center at 204 N Ottawa St, located on your right.

  • Public Transit

    If you are near the Joliet Transit Center, take Bus Route 501 towards the Joliet Mall. Get off at the stop for Ottawa Street & Jefferson Street. From there, walk north on Ottawa Street for about 5 minutes, and the Visitors Center will be on your left at 204 N Ottawa St.

    Starting from the Rialto Square Theatre, exit and turn left onto N Chicago Street. Head north until you reach the intersection with Jefferson Street.
