    From the Joliet Transit Center, take Pace Bus Route 503 toward the Joliet Mall. Get off at the stop at E Jefferson St & N Bluff St. Head north on N Bluff St for about 0.2 miles to Joliet's First Sidewalks Historic Site, located at 200-294 N Bluff St. A single ride on Pace Bus is $2.25.

    From I-55 South from Chicago or I-80 West, exit at IL-59 North toward Joliet. Continue on IL-59 North until the intersection with Jefferson St. Turn left onto Jefferson St and continue to Bluff St. Turn right onto Bluff St. The historic site is located between 200-294 N Bluff St. Street parking and nearby lots are available. Metered street parking costs $1.50/hour in Zone A and $0.75/hour in Zone B, enforced Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Several parking lots are also available downtown for a fee.
