Take the train towards Kimball and get off at the 'Washington/Wells' stop. From there, transfer to the 'Red' Line towards Howard and get off at 'Clark/Division'. Finally, transfer to the 'Green' Line towards Ashland and get off at 'Washington/Wells' station. Walk east towards Randolph St, and you will arrive at Maggie Daley Park at 337 E Randolph St.
