If you are driving, take I-90 or I-94 towards downtown Chicago. Exit at Ohio St and head east. Continue on Ohio St until you reach Wacker Dr. Turn right on Wacker Dr, and the Chicago Architecture Center will be on your right at 111 E Wacker Dr. There is street parking available, as well as nearby parking garages.
Public Transportation
To reach the Chicago Architecture Center via public transport, take the 'L' train to the State/Lake stop on the Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, or Purple lines. From there, walk east on Lake St until you reach Wacker Dr. Turn left and walk north until you arrive at 111 E Wacker Dr. Alternatively, you can take a Metra train to Union Station, then transfer to the Loop Link bus service (route 126 or 130) to the Wacker Dr & State St stop, which is a short walk from the center.
