Trains run frequently, so check the schedule for the next departure. Board the train heading towards Kenosha. The ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at the Highland Park station. Once you exit the station, you can walk to your destination in Highland Park, which is approximately 1 mile away. Follow the signs towards the city center, and you’ll find various shops and attractions.

If you prefer to take a bus, start at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus stop nearest you. You can take the #201 bus toward the Skokie Swift or the #43 bus toward Central Avenue. Depending on traffic, the bus ride may take about an hour to an hour and a half. Get off at the Highland Park stop and walk to your desired destination.
