From the main entrance of Illinois Beach State Park, head south on N Lewis Ave. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Grand Ave. Turn left onto W Grand Ave and continue for about 2 miles. You will then merge onto I-94 N towards Milwaukee. Stay on I-94 N for about 4 miles. Take exit 1A for IL-120 E towards Waukegan. Merge onto IL-120 E and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Baldwin Ave. Hinkston Park will be on your right at 810 Baldwin Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085.

From Illinois Beach State Park, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Pace Bus Route 570 towards Waukegan. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at W Grand Ave & Baldwin Ave. From there, walk south on Baldwin Ave for about 0.3 miles.
