From Palatine, walk to the Palatine Metra Station located at 137 W Wood St. Take the Union Pacific Northwest Line train towards Chicago. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Disembark at the 'Chicago O'Hare' station, and transfer to the Blue Line train towards 'Forest Park'. Ride for 8 stops until you reach 'Washington' station. From there, take a short walk to 'State St & Lake St' and board the '101' bus towards 'Navy Pier'. Get off at 'Navy Pier'.

From Palatine, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Dundee Rd & Smith Rd'. Board the '600' Pace bus towards 'Schaumburg'. After about 30 minutes, transfer to the 'Route 75' bus at 'Schaumburg Metra Station' towards 'Rolling Meadows'. Continue on this route for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the 'Washington & Wacker' stop, then walk east towards '600 E Grand Ave' to reach Navy Pier.
