The Visitors Center is located in downtown Peoria, near the Caterpillar world headquarters and the Peoria Riverfront Museum.     Walking

    The Caterpillar Visitors Center is located at 110 SW Washington Street in downtown Peoria. From the CityLink Transit Center at 407 SW Adams, it's a short 5-minute walk. Head east on SW Adams Street, then turn right onto SW Washington Street. The Visitors Center will be on your right. No costs are associated with walking.

    Public Transport

    The Caterpillar Visitors Center is easily accessible via CityLink bus routes. Several routes, including the #2 North Adams and #4 Sheridan, have stops close to the Visitors Center. From the CityLink Transit Center, take any of these routes and disembark at the stop closest to SW Washington Street. A single ride fare is $3.

    Parking

    Complimentary parking is available in the Water Street parking garage adjacent to the Caterpillar Visitors Center. The parking deck provides handicap access to the Visitors Center through an elevator. Several other parking lots and decks are available in downtown Peoria, including the Caterpillar/City lot. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around $1-$2 per hour.
