If you're starting from downtown Peoria, head north on Main Street until you reach Jefferson Avenue. Turn left onto Jefferson Avenue and continue for about half a mile. Then, take a right onto North University Street and walk about 1 mile. At the intersection of University and North Grandview Drive, turn left. Continue straight for another half mile, and you will arrive at Grand View Drive. It's a beautiful park area with stunning views of the Illinois River.
