Merge onto Highway 61 N and continue for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit towards US-20 W and follow the signs for 20 W. Continue for about 5 miles, then take the exit for Bellevue Heights Rd. Turn right onto Bellevue Heights Rd and follow it for about 1 mile. The EB Lyons Interpretive Center will be on your left at 8991 Bellevue Heights Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003. There is no parking fee.
