If you are driving from downtown River Bend, head south on IL-53 S (South Chicago Street). Continue for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with I-80 W. Merge onto I-80 W and stay on this highway for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 127A toward IL-7 E/Joliet and merge onto IL-7 E. After about 2 miles, turn left onto McKee's Mill Road. Follow McKee's Mill Road for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at McKee's Mill Historic Site, located at Joliet, IL 60435.
