Getting There

• Bus

  To reach La Paloma Gardens from downtown Rockford, take the Rockford Mass Transit District (RMTD) bus Route 13. Board the bus at the RMTD Transit Center located at 505 East State Street. The bus will take you north through Rockford. Stay on the bus for approximately 20-25 minutes until you reach the stop at Brookview Rd & East State St. From there, walk south on Brookview Rd for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at La Paloma Gardens, located at 3622 Brookview Rd.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, start at the Rock River Recreation Path near downtown Rockford. Take the path heading north until you reach the intersection with East State Street. Turn east and ride along East State Street until you reach Brookview Rd. Turn south on Brookview Rd, and continue for about 0.5 miles to La Paloma Gardens at 3622 Brookview Rd. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.

• Walking

  For those who enjoy walking, begin at the Rockford Public Library located at 215 N Wyman St. Walk west towards Wyman St and head north until you reach East State St. Turn right onto East State St and walk east for about 1 mile. Turn south on Brookview Rd and continue for another 0.5 miles until you reach La Paloma Gardens at 3622 Brookview Rd. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles.
