From downtown Springfield, you can take the Sangamon Mass Transit District (SMTD) bus. Look for Bus Route 11 heading towards the Southtown area. Board the bus and ride it until you reach the stop at S 2nd Street and E Clear Lake Ave. From there, walk south on S 2nd Street for about 0.5 miles. Southwind Park will be on your left at 4965 S 2nd St.
