From the Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex, Tiranga Memorial is a 10-15 minute walk. Walk towards Marina Park's entrance and take a nature walk through the park to reach its exit gate on the backside. From there, follow the red-stoned curvy footpath towards Flag Point, which will be visible.

Take a bus from the Port Blair bus stand heading towards Corbyns Cove. From Corbyns Cove, you can walk approximately 2 km to the memorial or hire an auto-rickshaw for a short ride. Bus schedules are displayed at the bus stand.
