While some animals have been relocated to the Chidiyatapu Biological Park, the Mini Zoo still houses around 200 species of birds and animals, including the famous crocodile breeding farm. Visitors can spot the rare Andaman Pig and Andaman Gecko, among other indigenous species. The zoo is situated within the premises of the Forest Museum, making it convenient to explore both attractions in one visit.
