Walking
If you're starting from Aurangabad Railway Station, exit the station and head northeast on Station Road. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Jalna Road. Turn left onto Jalna Road and walk for approximately 1.5 km. You will pass by several shops and eateries along the way. Keep walking until you see the sign for Chatrapathi Nagar. Turn right onto Chatrapathi Nagar road and follow it for about 500 meters. Salim Ali Lake will be on your left.

From the Aurangabad Railway Station, you can take an auto-rickshaw directly to Salim Ali Lake. Just tell the driver 'Salim Ali Lake, Chatrapathi Nagar.' The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The auto-rickshaw will drop you off near the entrance of the lake area.
