Getting There

• Public Bus

  From central Bengaluru, head to the Kempe Gowda Bus Station (Majestic). Look for a bus heading towards Nandi Hills. Buses such as Kolar or Nandi Hills buses will take you in the right direction. Ensure to inform the conductor that you want to get off at Nandi Hills. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the Nandi Hills bus stop, you can either walk or hire a local auto-rickshaw to take you to the Nandibetta North View point.

• Auto-Rickshaw

  If you are already at a central location in Bengaluru, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to take you to Nandi Hills. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. The distance is about 60 kilometers and will take around 1.5 hours. The driver will take the main roads leading to Nandi Hills. Inform the driver to drop you off at the Nandi Hills entrance where you can then walk or take another auto-rickshaw to the Nandibetta North View.

• Bicycle Rental

  For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle at one of the rental shops in Bengaluru. Head towards Nandi Hills, following the main road (NH 44). The journey is about 60 kilometers and will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on your cycling speed and breaks. The route offers beautiful scenery as you approach Nandi Hills. Once you reach the area, follow local signs to the Nandibetta North View point.

• Metro and Local Transport

  Take the Namma Metro to the nearest metro station that connects to the bus service going to Nandi Hills. For example, you can take the metro to MG Road and then switch to a bus that goes towards Nandi Hills. This combination will require some planning, so check the timings of the metro and the bus schedule. Once you reach Nandi Hills bus stop, you can walk or hire an auto-rickshaw to the Nandibetta North View.
