A brilliant Anglo-Indian cooking experience

We had a brilliant time at Bridget’s Anglo-Indian cooking class. Over four hours, we cooked four different dishes from scratch in a relaxed and friendly setting. Bridget was a great teacher. She explained each step clearly, shared plenty of tips along the way, and made the whole class enjoyable and easy to follow. At the end of the class, she gave us a recipe guide and several of her cookbooks to take home, which was a really thoughtful touch. Our favourite dishes were the pepper chicken and the prawn curry – both were outstanding, and we’ll definitely be making them again. We’d happily recommend Bridget’s class to anyone looking to learn how to cook authentic Anglo-Indian food.

It was a time filled with warmth, hospitality, smiles and of course a lot of heart 🩷, not to mention great food, visiting a family in India. Mr. Sandri is a wonderful teacher who truly loves cooking! The kitchen, the apartment is kept very clean and it is a nice and windy place from the balcony. I'd love to hear about it again! Thank you very much.
