If you are starting from the Darjeeling Mall, head south on Chowrasta Road towards the Gandhi Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jorebungalow Road. Turn left onto Jorebungalow Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will reach the Gorkha War Memorial, which is located near Jorebungalow, Rajahata Basti.

If you are near the Darjeeling Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Hill Cart Road). Turn left and walk along Hill Cart Road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Jorebungalow Road. Turn right onto Jorebungalow Road, and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. The Gorkha War Memorial will be on your left.

From the Chowrasta area, you can take a shortcut to the Gorkha War Memorial. Walk towards the nearby Singamari area and take the road that leads down to Jorebungalow. This route is more scenic and will take you through some local neighborhoods. Once you reach Jorebungalow, look for signs pointing to the Gorkha War Memorial which should be a short walk from there.
