From the Gulmarg parking lot, the Gondola boarding point is approximately 1 kilometer away. The walk takes around 30 minutes. Taxis and ponies are available for hire to shorten the journey. Be prepared for a slightly uphill walk. Consider the altitude if you are not acclimatized.
