From the Gulmarg market area, the Gondola base station is about 1.5 kilometers away. Follow the Gondola signs along the pathway. The walk takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Consider hiring a pony or taking a sledge during winter.

Public Transport
Local taxis or auto-rickshaws are available throughout Gulmarg. Hire one from your hotel or any nearby location and ask the driver to take you to the Gulmarg Gondola base station. The fare is usually around ₹200-₹300. Once at the Gondola base station, purchase your tickets for the ride to Kongdoori Phase 1. Gondola tickets cost ₹810 for Phase 1.

If driving, start from the main road in Gulmarg and head towards the Gulmarg Gondola base station, which is well-marked. Follow the signs for the Gondola. Parking is available near the Gondola station for approximately ₹100 for the day.
