If you are in the center of Itanagar, start by heading east on the main road towards the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the junction with NH13. At this junction, you will see the vibrant local market on your right. Cross the street and continue straight on NH13 for another 2 km. You will pass by several local shops and eateries, which are great for a quick snack. As you walk, keep an eye out for signposts pointing towards Itanagar Zoo. Once you reach the entrance road to the zoo, turn left and walk about 500 meters. The zoo entrance will be on your right.
