Getting There

From Itanagar city center, head towards the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly building. Keep the Assembly to your left and continue straight along the main road. After about 1 km, you will come to a fork. Take the right path which leads you towards the hills. Continue walking for another 500 meters until you see a sign for Ita Fort. The entrance is a bit uphill, so be prepared for a slight climb.

If you are near the Itanagar bus station, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Ita Fort. Tell the driver 'Ita Fort' or point to the location on your phone. The fare should be around 30-50 INR.
