Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Jaisalmer Fort, exit the fort from the main gate and walk down towards the main road (Fort Road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gandhi Chowk Road. Turn left onto Gandhi Chowk Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to Badal Mahal on your right side, marked by a local sign. The palace is located near Sadar Bazar.

Rickshaw
From any location in Jaisalmer, you can hire an auto-rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Badal Mahal located at 'WW85+9XP, Gandhi Chowk Road, Sadar Bazar'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you can easily spot the entrance to the palace.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in Jaisalmer. Starting from the city center, ride towards Fort Road. Follow the road until you reach Gandhi Chowk Road. Turn left and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer until you reach Badal Mahal on your right. There are designated bike parking areas nearby.
