Auto-Rickshaw
From the Jaisalmer Fort, head towards the main road (Fort Road). Look for auto-rickshaws near the entrance of the fort. Inform the driver you want to go to Bada Bagh. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The driver will take you along the main highway (NH 11) towards Bada Bagh. As you approach, keep an eye out for the entrance, which is marked by a sign.
Cycle Rickshaw
If you're near the local market (Sadar Bazar), you can hire a cycle rickshaw to Bada Bagh. Head to the main road from the market and look for cycle rickshaws waiting for passengers. Tell the rickshaw driver your destination. The cycle rickshaw ride will take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. The route will follow the same main road (NH 11) as the auto-rickshaw. Walking
For the adventurous traveler, walking to Bada Bagh is an option, although it is quite a distance (approximately 6 km from Jaisalmer city center). Start from the Jaisalmer Fort, make your way to the main road (Fort Road), and walk towards the highway (NH 11). Follow the road signs towards Bada Bagh. It will take about 1.5 to 2 hours on foot. Be sure to carry water, wear comfortable shoes, and apply sunscreen, as it can get quite hot.
