From the Jaisalmer Fort, head to the nearest auto-rickshaw stand located just outside the fort complex. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Sam Sand Dunes, specifically to Yaash Desert Safari Jaisalmer. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. The driver will take the main road (NH 11) leading out of the city towards Sam. Enjoy the scenic views along the way. Once you arrive at the Sam Sand Dunes, ask the driver to drop you at the entrance of Yaash Desert Safari.
