Car
If you are driving to Kongdoori Phase 1, start your journey from Srinagar. Take the NH44 highway towards Gulmarg. The drive is approximately 50 kilometers and takes around 2 hours. Once you reach Gulmarg, follow the signs to the Gulmarg Gondola station located at 'Gulmarg, Forest Block, Jammu and Kashmir 193403'. There is parking available near the gondola station.

To reach Kongdoori Phase 1 using public transportation, take a bus from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Buses depart regularly from the Srinagar bus stand. The journey will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours and costs around INR 100-150. Once you reach Gulmarg, you can either walk to the Gondola station or hire a local taxi for a short ride.
