From Kaziranga National Park, head towards the National Highway 37 (NH37). You can take the route from Kohora, which is a central point in the park. Drive south on NH37 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for the road leading to Sarthe Rongphar. Turn left and continue driving for about 30 kilometers, following the signs for Sarthe Rongphar. The Patkai Hills are located at G5MC+3CW, Sarthe Rongphar, Assam 782136. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for hilly terrain as the road can be steep in parts.

To reach Patkai Hills from Kaziranga National Park via public transport, start by taking an auto-rickshaw or a taxi from your location within the park to the nearest bus station, which is in Kohora. From there, take a local bus heading towards Sarthe Rongphar. The bus ride will take about an hour and cost around ₹50-₹100. Once you arrive in Sarthe Rongphar, you may need to hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw to reach Patkai Hills, which is about 5 kilometers away. The taxi fare should be around ₹200-₹300.
