Ferry
From Kochi, head to the Kochi Water Metro terminal at Vypin Island. You can take a ferry from the Fort Kochi jetty to Vypin Island. The ferry runs frequently, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you reach Vypin Island, follow the signs to the bus terminal.

Bus
From the Vypin bus terminal, take a local bus heading towards Alappuzha. Make sure to confirm with the bus conductor that it stops at Alappuzha. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the main bus station in Alappuzha.

Walking
Once you arrive at the Alappuzha bus station, exit the bus terminal and head east on the CCSB Road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the Alappuzha Light House, which will be on your left side along the waterfront.

Local Transport
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local auto-rickshaw from the Alappuzha bus station directly to the Alappuzha Light House. Negotiate the fare beforehand, and the ride should take around 5-10 minutes.
