If you are near the Ernakulam South Railway Station, you can catch a public bus heading towards Thevara. Look for buses with 'Thevara' or 'Kochi' on their route sign. The bus journey will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the Thevara bus stop. From there, head towards Pandit Karuppan Road, which is about a 10-minute walk. The museum will be located near the junction.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire an auto rickshaw from any location in Kochi. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Kerala Folklore Museum' located at 2059C, No 26, Pandit Karuppan Rd, near Thevara Ferry Road. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are near the waterfront, you can take a ferry from Fort Kochi to Thevara. Once you arrive at Thevara Ferry Terminal, you can either walk or take an auto rickshaw to the museum. The ferry ride provides a scenic view of Kochi's backwaters and takes about 20 minutes. From the ferry terminal, the museum is about a 15-minute walk.

If you are in the vicinity of the Thevara area, you can walk to the Kerala Folklore Museum. From Thevara Junction, head onto Pandit Karuppan Road, and continue walking straight for approximately 500 meters until you see the museum on your left. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.
