Once on Beach Road, turn left and walk along the shoreline until you reach the junction with Bishop Joseph Kureethara Road. Turn right onto Bishop Joseph Kureethara Road and continue walking straight. After a short walk, you will see the Bishop's House on your left at PB No 11.
