Metro
Start your journey by taking the Kolkata Metro. If you're near the 'Esplanade' station, board a train on the 'Blue Line' heading towards 'Dum Dum'. Alight at the 'Park Street' station. From Park Street, exit the station and walk towards the Park Street area.
Walking
From Park Street Metro Station, head west towards Park Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection of Park Street and AJC Bose Road. Continue on AJC Bose Road until you reach the junction with Rajabazar Road. Here, you will see a sign for 'B.B.D. Bagh'.
Walking
Once you reach B.B.D. Bagh, continue walking straight. You will pass the famous 'Howrah Bridge' view on your right. Keep walking until you reach Lal Dighi. The Writers' Building will be visible at the corner, just past the Lal Dighi.
Local Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from the Park Street area, you can board a bus heading towards 'B.B.D. Bagh'. Look for buses numbered 41, 42 or 43. The bus will drop you off near the Writers' Building entrance. Walk the remaining distance towards the building.
Rickshaw
For a more convenient option, consider hiring a rickshaw from Park Street. Negotiate the fare and tell the driver to take you to Writers' Building in B.B.D. Bagh. This is a quick and easy way to reach your destination.
