From Leh city center, head south on Fort Road towards Shanti Stupa Road. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Shanti Stupa Road. Continue driving for another 1 kilometer; the stupa will be on your right. Parking is available nearby. Note that there is no entry fee to visit Shanti Stupa.
