Upon reaching Stok village, you can park your vehicle at the designated area. From Stok village, you will need to start your trek to Stok Kangri, as the mountain base is not reachable by car.

From Leh, you can catch a shared taxi to Stok village. Head to the Leh taxi stand located near the main market. Shared taxis frequently depart for Stok until late afternoon. The fare is approximately ₹300-₹400 per person, and the journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Stok village, you will have to trek to reach Stok Kangri.

From Stok village, begin your trek towards Stok Kangri. The trek is strenuous and can take around 6-8 hours to reach the base camp, depending on your pace and acclimatization. Ensure you have appropriate trekking gear, sufficient water, and food supplies.
