Walking
From the Old Bus Stand in Leh, head south on the main road (Leh Main Market Road). Walk approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Fort Road. Once you reach the entrance of Leh Palace, you can explore the palace and enjoy the stunning views of the city from the top.
