Walking
From the center of Leh, head towards the Leh Palace. Take the road leading to the palace and continue straight until you reach the roundabout near the main market. At the roundabout, take the exit towards the Nubra Valley Road (NH-1). Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the junction at Choglamsar. Take a left turn at the junction onto the Basgo Road (also labeled as Leh-Basgo Road). Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers, passing through the village of Basgo. Look for signs directing you to Basgo Gompa. The gompa is situated on a hilltop; you may need to walk up a short path to reach the entrance of the monastery.
