Continue straight on the main road for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to the Manu Temple. Turn left at this intersection and walk for another 300 meters. Keep an eye out for local signs or ask locals for 'Orchards House - The Hidden Tribe', as it is a popular spot. The house is located just off the main road, so look for the entrance which might be slightly set back from the road.
