Take an auto-rickshaw to Kanheri Caves Road. It is a short ride of approximately 15 minutes.

If you prefer buses, from CST, you can board a BEST bus number 333, which will take you directly to Borivali Station. The bus ride will take around 1 hour. Once you reach Borivali Station, exit towards the west and take an auto-rickshaw from the stand to Kanheri Caves Road. The distance is about 5 km and will take around 15 minutes.
