The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Byculla station, exit from the main entrance and turn left onto Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Police Colony, Nagpada. The synagogue will be on your right side.
