Food & Drink in Mumbai

Experience and Fall in love with the street food of Mumbai, India

Excellent

Spritual experience with the love, grace and gratitude is my experience with the Karnali excursions Team was beyond the expectations. Karnali team was always there 24/7 to make sure that all the Yatris are well and ready for the spiritual experience and they go above and beyond to make sure that we all can complete our Kailash yatra safely, by providing the individual care. Kailash Yatra is Maha yatra and it is challenging, but Karnali Excursion team worked very hard to make sure that everybody has a memorable experience. They took care of all our meals, accommodations, any other things that are needed, was handled one on one, which is amazing. They went over and beyond to help everyone to have the memorable experience. In all the hurdles that we encountered, they helped all the Yatri’s with smile. Karnali Team (Dineshji’s) knowledge of history, explanation of every place, that we visited, was amazing. All the meal arrangements at the hotels and during the trip was well organized and enjoyable. Thank you so much to all the Karnali staff for their love, support and patience. Wish you all the best Karnali team, we will be travelling thru Karnali Excursions and also recommend all the Friends and Family. Sincerely – Varsha Kadiwala (Schaumburg, Illinois) July, 2026

Authentic Indian Cooking Class in Mumbai in a Local Home

Mumbai cooking class

We had a great time… Lavina was very kind and friendly. We learned how to make dosas and the potato stuffing and a pineapple semolina… everything was delicious. Her children were there and they were sweet and helpful. We got lots of pictures and had a great time! She was helpful giving us tips of everything to do in Mumbai!

Mumbai Market Tour & Maharashtrian Cooking Class with Chef Reshma

Highlight of our Mumbai trip

The market tour as well as the cooking class with Reshma is highly recommended. Travelling by TukTuk through Mumbai to the market was an experience. Reshma showed us the different vegetables and herbs at the market. Afterwards we prepared 3 vegetarian Indian dishes in Reshma`s kitchen. Reshma is a great hostess with whom we had a lot of fun and who made us curious about Indian cuisine. The cooking class was one of the highlights of our Mumbai trip
