Car
From Munnar town, head southeast on the NH 49 (National Highway 49) towards Chinnakanal. After about 3 km, you will see a sign for Attukad Waterfalls. Turn left onto Attukad Waterfall Road. Continue straight for about 2 km, following the road which goes downhill. You will reach a small parking area near the waterfalls. Note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around ₹20-₹50.
Public Transportation
From Munnar town, you can take a local bus or an auto-rickshaw to reach Attukad Waterfalls. Buses that head towards Chinnakanal will stop near the entrance to Attukad Waterfall Road. The fare is usually around ₹10-₹20. Once you get off, walk approximately 2 km down Attukad Waterfall Road to reach the waterfall. Be prepared for a steep walk, and consider wearing comfortable shoes.
