If you're starting from Mysore Palace, head east towards Sayyaji Rao Road. Look for an auto rickshaw stand nearby, or you can hail one on the street. Inform the driver that you want to go to Akul Tourism at 279, Lakshmi Vilas Road, near Jaganmohana Palace. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
