Bus
From the main bus terminal in Panaji, take the bus heading towards Margao. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Loutolim. The journey will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Once you reach Loutolim, look for signs directing you to the Cross Museum, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south on Main Road until you see the museum on your left.
Auto-rickshaw
Find an auto-rickshaw at any prominent location in Panaji, like the Church Square or near the bus terminal. Tell the driver you're going to Cross Museum in Loutolim. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off directly at the museum, which is located on Main Road.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Panaji. Start from the Church Square and head towards the D.B. Bandodkar Road, then follow the signs towards Loutolim. The distance is roughly 12 kilometers, and it will take you about an hour. Enjoy the scenic ride, and once you arrive in Loutolim, follow Main Road until you reach the Cross Museum on your left.
Walking
Though it is quite a distance to walk from Panaji to Loutolim, if you're up for an adventure, you can walk to the bus terminal and catch a bus to Loutolim. Alternatively, you can walk to the nearest auto-rickshaw stand and take a ride. If you choose to walk from Loutolim bus stop to the museum, it's a 10-minute walk along Main Road, heading south until you see the museum on your left.
