Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Panaji, walk towards the Mandovi River. Head east on 18th June Road until you reach the riverfront. From there, you can take a scenic walk along the riverbank, enjoying the views. Continue walking until you reach the Dona Paula viewpoint, which is a popular spot for tourists. This should take you about 30-40 minutes.
Public Bus
From the Panaji Bus Stand, take a bus heading towards Vasco da Gama or Ponda. Ensure to check with the bus conductor to confirm it stops at Dona Paula. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Dona Paula, ask the driver to drop you off at the viewpoint, which is a well-known stop.
Auto Rickshaw
You can hire an auto rickshaw from anywhere in Panaji. Simply tell the driver 'Dona Paula' or show them the name on your phone. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand or ask if they have a meter.
