From Panaji, head to the nearest bus station, which is located at Kadamba Bus Terminus. Take a local bus heading towards Cuncolim. From there, look for signs or ask locals for directions to Cuncolim Industrial Area. John Distilleries is located at M 21 in the Cuncolim Industrial Area, approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
