Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the end of the promenade. You will see a fork in the path; take the left path. This will lead you to a small road that will take you to New Sand Beach, located in White Town.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pondicherry. Start your journey from the Gandhi Statue in the center of town. Cycle towards the east along Dumas Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Marine. Turn left and follow the road until you reach the promenade. From there, continue straight along the promenade and follow the same route as the walking instructions to reach New Sand Beach.
